To avoid disappointment, please complete the attached booking forms as soon as possible as out Craft Fairs fill up very quickly.

Due to the popularity of some venues we would recommend you contact WEST COUNTRY CRAFT FAIRS direct to confirm available space.

Deposits - a £10 non-refundable deposit is required for each show booked (i.e. 5 shows = £50).

Balances - Post-dates cheques for balances must accompany your booking form, dates one month prior to each event

Electricity is provided free at all our venues, but please note that power points are very limited at Marlborough and Wells

Please bring your own extension leads, multi-plug sockets and lighting to all shows - Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all of their electrical equipment has been P.A.T tested

N.B. No halogen lighting is allowed at Wells Town Hall.

Tables and Chairs are provided free of charge at all our venues. Please state whether or not you require tables.

Demonstrations are an added attraction to the public and, as they often help to boost sales we encourage exhibitors to demonstrate their craft whenever possible. If you need extra demonstrating space, please mention if in the special requirements section of your booking form. N.B. Demonstration space is limited and is only available at our larger events of 50+ stands.

Cancellations - Should you for any reason need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible in writing five weeks before the event so that you space/stand can be offered to another exhibitor on our waiting list.You will be given credit for the balance only if your space/stand can be filled.
